Manor House 1707 is a Grade II listed business-centre in the County Durham market town of Sedgefield.
I was tasked with the branding and design-work for this historic and imposing office building.

The new Manor House logo consists of three elements: an illustration to depict the Manor House, a logotype
and a monogram. A colour scheme of grey, red and black was developed and applied to marketing collateral
and signage.
The year 1707 is when the Manor House was first erected, initially intended as home to the Bishop of Durham.
In subsequent years the building was converted into a boarding school and then a magistrates courts, before more recently being transformed into a prestigious office space.
